The old MILLERNTOR stadium is not dead. It lives in the memory of the fans and in this book: The Hamburg photographers Susanne Katzenberg and Olaf Tamm have investigated the cosmos Millerntor and his people, from fan to groundskeeper, over many years. They created a unique stadium portrait with their sensitive and narrative observations. Susanne Katzenberg documented the architecture in colour photographs. Olaf Tamm photographed in black & white the atmosphere, mood and the supporters during matchdays at the MILLERNTOR. In his interview portraits of known and unknown protagonists, the author Ronny Galczynski tells the story and the stories of the old stadium.

This book is a trip to the heart of the FC St. Pauli.
